In some cases, we may need to change a BCD boot entry, for example, a developer may need to enable kernel debugging mode or load test-signed code, while a regular user may want to be able to boot into Windows Safe Mode. This tutorial will explain how to edit a boot entry in the BCD file with Hasleo EasyUEFI.
Step 1. Run EasyUEFI as administrator, then click the 'Manage BCD Boot Option' button.
Step 2. Select the boot entry you want to edit in the Display order list, then lick the button.
Step 3. In the window for editing boot entry, you can change the description, partition, file(s), and other options as needed. For more information on these options, please refer to: How to create a BCD boot entry for Windows, WinPE and VHD(X)?
Step 4. Click 'OK' to save the changes.
